Facts
:
1. The appellant has alleged that the information furnished to him is
incomplete and misleading. In response to the notice for hearing on 9/11/2009,
the CPIO was heard while the appellant did not avail of this opportunity.
2. The CPIO stated that the requested information has already been
furnished except the score of marks of other un-successful candidates.
Decision:
3. The CPIO has already furnished the information pertaining to the appellant
while the marks obtained by the un-successful candidates have been refused on
the grounds that there is no public interest in disclosure of details of marks of un-
successful candidates. The CPIO also indicated that the cut off marks for
selection of Management Trainee has been furnished, as desired by the
appellant.

4. There are no provisions under the Act for redressal of grievances relating
to employment. This appeal is, therefore considered unnecessary and is thus
disposed of.
