FACTS
:
By his letter of 26.3.2009, the appellant had sought information on
05 paras regarding Synthetic Hockey Turf installed at SAI, Bhopal. The
CPIO had responded to it vide letters dated 9.4.2009 and 20.5.2009. The
FAA had disposed of the appeal vide letter dated 19.5.2009.
2. Aggrieved with the decisions of CPIO and AA, the appellant has
filed the present appeal.
3. Heard on 23.12.2009. Appellant present. The public authority is
represented by the officer named above. The parties are heard. The
appellant is not satisfied with the information provided to him. It is his
apprehension that sub-standard turf has been installed at the Bhopal Center.
On the other hand, Shri Sinha would submit that all required procedure has
been followed in the matter and he has no objection to give inspection of
the relevant records to the appellant and to take extracts therefrom.
DECISION
4. The CPIO is hereby directed to give inspection of the relevant
records to the appellant and to give copies of documents requested for by
him, free of cost.
5. The order of the Commission may be complied with in 05 weeks
time.
