Matter was heard on 01.07.2009 in the presence of both parties.
2. This second-appeal is related to appellant’s RTI-application dated
26.12.2008 regarding the ACP scheme for Accountants.
3. I agree with the respondents that the above-mentioned
information is not held by them as the department concerned was the
Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
4. Appellant may approach the DoPT for the requisite information
under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, which Section requires the applicants
to file RTI-applications before the CPIO of the ‘concerned’ department.
5. Appeal closed.
6. Copy of this direction be sent to the parties.
