Facts
By his letter of 16.7.08, the complainant had requested for information on
17 points relating to the number of beneficiaries under Shri Kamaraj Centenary
Housing Scheme and the matters related therewith. As he did not receive the
information, he has filed the present complaint.
2. The matter was heard on 7.7.2009. The complainant is not present. The
public authority is represented by the officers named above. It is the submission
of Shri B.Kalaimaran that parawise information has since been provided to the
complainant vide their letter dt.24.10.08. He would also submit that he has
spoken to the complainant and that the latter has told him that he is satisfied with
the information and does not wish to pursue the matter
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed.
