Facts
In his letter of 28.8.2008, the appellant had mentioned that he joined DDA in
1981 Rank of Junior Engineer and that he was not given any promotion whereas
other JEs junior to him were given promotion etc and sought information from CPIO
regarding his non-promotion etc.
2. This was responded to by the Director (Pers) vide letter dated 30.9.2008.
Thereupon, the appellant had filed first appeal vide letter dated 6.10.2008. It appears
that he same has not been disposed of so far.
3. The matter was heard on 9.2.2009. The appellant appeared before the
Commission. The DDA is represented by the officer named above. It is note worthy
that Appeal No. CIC/WB/A/2008/00581 filed by the appellant was heard on
19.12.2008, and an appropriate order passed. This appeal deals with the same matter
as the matter cited above. A copy of the compliance report is submitted by Shri S.N.
Gupta which is taken on record. It is noticed that the appellant has filed a Writ-
Petition before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the matter is sub-judice.
DECISION
4. As the matter is sub-judice, the Commission has no role herein. Hence, the
appeal is dismissed, being devoid of merit.
