Facts

:

1. The complaint was scheduled for hearing on 20/4/2009. But, the
complainant did not avail of this opportunity.

2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the complainant, it is observed
that the CPIO has replied and asked the complainant to deposit the RTI fee, as
per the prescribed procedure. The complainant has seemingly ignored the
advice of the CPIO. The complainant has also not submitted his first appeal
before the Appellate Authority of the respondent.

Decision:

3. As the complainant has not responded to the notice for hearing, it is
presumed that he is no more interested in pursuing the matter. In any case, there
is no reason why the complainant should not file his first appeal to the Appellate
Authority of the respondent, in case he is not satisfied with the responses of the
CPIO.
