The following information was sought by the appellant:-
Sh. Tulsi Ram filed the documents with the said application dated 29-10-2010 as aforesaid and the
applicant needs the copies of the said documents from serial no. 1 to 6 and for which the applicant is
ready to pay the necessary charges, whatsoever,
              It is therefore requested that the copies of the documents as mentioned at serial no. 1 to 6
in the application dated 29-10-2010 may kindly be provided to me under The Right to Information Act
2005.

PIO Reply:-
The appellant was provided with the following reply:-
The documents filed by the Sh. Tulsi Ram Yadav in r/o regularization file of P. No. T-450, Gali No.
21, Durga Mohalla, Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi relates to Third Person and cannot be provided under
8(e) & (j) of RTI Act, 2005.

Grounds for the First Appeal:
Unsatisfactory reply was given by the PIO.

Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
"Appellant stated that he has not received reply of his RTI Application. PIO clarified that the reply
was sent to the RTI application. Perusual of appeal application filed by the appellant reveals that a
copy of the reply has been attached with it by the appellant. However, a fresh photocopy of the reply is
handed over to the appellant."

Ground of the Second Appeal:
Unsatisfactory reply was given by the PIO and also unsatisfactory order was passed by the FAA.
