Facts
:
1. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 21/5/2009. But, the appellant
did not avail of this opportunity. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that he has asked for copy of list of persons called for interview for award of
Retail Outlet Dealership at Raisinghnagar which pertain to the year 1993.
3. The CPIO has replied and furnished the information on the basis of
available records. He has also informed that the information sought for relate to
old record of 1993 and, therefore, the copy of interview call letters issued by
them are not available, as requested by the appellant.
Decision:
4. The CPIO has furnished the information on the basis of available records.
As there is no denial of information, this appeal was unnecessary and is thus
disposed of.
