Facts

1. The appellant was heard on 7/1/2010.
2. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the
CPIO’s response were discussed. The appellant has raised issues pertaining to
payment of Risk allowances, Uniform allowance and services like provisions for
drinking water etc. The CPIO has replied, with which the appellant is not
satisfied.
Decision:
3. The appellant has raised issues pertaining to redressal of grievances
regarding the provisions for service benefits like Risk allowance, Uniform
allowance, drinking water, etc. He is advised to approach the competent
authority for redressal of his grievances.
4. Since there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of the Act and that there
are no provisions under the Act for redressal of the grievances of the

respondent’s employees, this appeal is considered unnecessary and is thus
