6/ 8.4.2011 In the light of the office notes, it is desirable that an

express letter is sent for sending the service report on the notice sent

through ordinary process.

As regards the dispatch of notice under ordinary cover

with A/d, office should wait for at least three weeks from today.

The report on notice issued through ordinary process may

also be obtained during that period.
