The Appellant furnished a letter on 06.01.2009 addressed to the Assistant
Registrar, CIC in which he has stated that the Branch Manager of Punjab
National Bank, Pisanwa, Sitapur, by his letter dated 01.01.2009 has provided all
the information sought by him by in his application dated 17.07.2007. As such, he
has requested for withdrawing the appeal. The letter of the
Appellant/Complainant be placed in the case file.
2. In view of the withdrawal of the Appeal/Complaint by the Appellant, we
would like not to proceed with this matter any further. The matter is, thus,
disposed off.
3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
