Facts
By his letter of 3.6.2008, the complainant had requested for information on
14 points. Broadly speaking the information sought by the complainant relates to
office matters. However, the information sought at point No. 7 & point No. 14
personally relates to Shri Abhishek Yadav, Area Manager.
2. It appears that CPIO did not furnish any information to the complainant due
to which he has filed the present complaint.
3. The matter was heard on 28.1.2009. The complainant appeared before the
Commission. The public authority is represented by the officer named above. Both
the parties were heard. The complainant submits that he would be satisfied if he is
given information in regard to point No. 7 & 14 and allowed to inspect records in
regard to the other points and provided copies of documents specifically sought by
him. Shri Yadav agrees for the same.
DECISION
4. In view of the above, the following decision is recorded :-
(a) Shri Yadav, CPIO, would furnish information in regard to point Nos. 7 & 14
of RTI application in 04 weeks time; and
(b) As regards the remaining points Shri Yadav would permit inspection of the
relevant records by the complainant in 04 weeks time and thereafter furnish
copies of the documents specifically requested for by the complainant on
payment of prescribed fee.
5. The matter is disposed of subject to the above directions.
