Facts
:
1. The appeals were scheduled for hearing on 29th January, 2010 but the
appellant did not avail of this opportunity. The appeals are therefore examined on
merit.
2. The appellant has asked for certain information relating to various
activities of the respondents. Being dissatisfied with the response of the CPIO’s,
he has pleaded for providing the complete information, without specifying as to
which information has been refused to him.
Decision:
3. The CPIO’s of the respondents have duly replied and furnished partial
information on the basis of available records. Since there is no denial of
information, the appellant is advised to seek inspection of relevant documents as
per section 2 (j) of the Act. Upon inspection of the records, he may identify and
specify the information which should be furnished to him. The CPIO’s are
directed to allow inspection of documents on a date and time convenient to both
the parties within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision. If any

information is refused, the grounds for doing so should be clearly indicated for
review, if necessary, by the Commission.
4. All the appeals are thus disposed of.
