                                                                  (The Appellant was not present)

                                                       ORDER
Sh. S. K. Upadhyay, the Appellant, filed an RTI application dated 26.07.2010,
seeking information in connection with a complaint against some officials.  The PIO vide
letter dated 27.08.2010 provided pointwise information to the Appellant.  However, not
satisfied   with   the   reply   of   the   PIO,   the   Appellant   filed   an   appeal   before   the   First
Appellate Authority (FAA).  The FAA vide decision dated 510.2010 advised the CPIO to
supply the requisite information to the Appellant.  The PIO, in compliance to the order of
the   FAA,   vide   letter   dated   13.10.2010   again   informed   the   Appellant   that   complete
requisite   information   has   already   provided   to   him   vide   letter   dated   27.08.2010.
However, not satisfied with the replies of the Respondent, the Appellant has filed the
present appeal before the Commission.
During the hearing the Respondent submit that complete requisite information as
per the record has been furnished to the Appellant.
After hearing the Respondent and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the
Commission is of the view that requisite information available on record and permissible
under the RTI Act, has been furnished to the Appellant.  No interference is called for in
the replies of the Respondent.
The Commission observes that the FAA has passed a very cryptic order without
discussing the  details  of  the  case.    The  FAA  in  his  order  should  have  discussed the
information furnished to the Appellant by the PIO and the information remaining to be
furnished to   the  Appellant.     The  FAA   is  advised   to  be   more   careful  in  future   while
dealing with appeals under the RTI Act.
The matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission.
