By means of this writ petition, the petitioners are praying for mandamus
directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the
petitioners in their respective shops.

Alongwith the objection in reply of the notices petitioner may file the
document issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Agra relating
to the property declared freehold in their favour. The Executive Officer,
Cantonment Board, Agra shall decide the objection in accordance with law.

Till the decision of the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Agra the
petitioner shall not be evicted.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
