Facts
By his letter of 9.5.2008, the complainant had requested for information on
03 points relating to the allotment of accommodation to the employees of HVOC and
the matters related therewith.
2. Shri A.K. Arora, OSD, had responded to him on 9.6.2008. On appeal, the
Appellate Authority had decided the matter vide letter dated 29.8.2008.
3. This complaint happens to be registered on the basis of letter dated 30.8.2008
of Shri Santosh Kumar.
4. The matter was heared on 9.4.209. The complainant did not appear before
the Commission. The public authority is represented by the officer named above.
The queries of the complainant have been answered by Shri Arora. Further, Shri
Kumar has not given any tangible grounds in his appeal.
DECISION
5. Hence, the complaint has no merit and is dismissed.
