1. Through his RTI application, the Appellant has asked for an early
disposal of a disciplinary case against him. The PIO has replied that the case
is pending at Railway Board level. Being not satisfied with the response, the
appellant has pleaded for providing complete information.
Decision:
2. The PIO has replied and indicated the status of the pending matter
before the Board.
3. In the garb of seeking information, the appellant has sought redressal
of his grievances, for which there are no provisions under the Act. Since there
is no denial of information, this appeal is considered unnecessary and is thus
disposed of.
