2/ 26.11.2010 No one appears for the petitioners.

The petitioners have sought quashing of the order dated

07.09.2007 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in

Case No. 69(C-2)/2007 and also quashing of the entire proceeding in

Case No. 71(C-2)/2007.

Considering that the orders impugned were passed way

back on 07.09.2007, i.e. more than three years ago, I am not inclined

to interfere in the matter especially since no one appears to apprise

this court about the present stage of the case.

The application is dismissed.
