Facts:
1. The complainant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
3/07/2008. The case is therefore examined on merit.
2. The complainant has alleged that the information asked for has not been
furnished to him, hence this complaint before the Commission.
Decision:
3. The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for within 15 working
days from the date of issue of this decision, failing which penalty proceedings
would be initiated. The complainant is advised to approach the concerned CPIO
alongwith the copy of his RTI application for his ready reference.
4. The complaint is thus disposed of.
