FACTS
:
The facts, in brief, are that the appellant is presently working as
a Lab Assistant in OCF Inter College Sahajahanpur. He had requested
for Teaching Experience Certificate but it was denied to him on the
ground that he is not a teacher but a Lab Assistant.
2. Hence, the present appeal.
3. Heard on 17.11.2009. Appellant not present. The public
authority is represented by the officers named above. It is the
submission of Shri P. Biswas that the appellant has been informed
vide his letter dated 22.5.2009 that Teaching Experience Certificate
can not be issued to him.
DECISION
4. It is essentially a grievance matter and does not fall in the
domain of the RTI Act. Even otherwise, the requisite information has
already been provided to the appellant. Hence, the appeal has no
merit and is dismissed.
