Facts
By his letter of 29.9.2008, the appellant had sought information on 06 paras
relating to the carrier aspects of graduate SSAs, seniority list of SSAs and the matters
related therewith.
2. Shr A.K. Mithrananda (CPIO) had responded to it vide letter dated
18.11.2008 wherein para-wise information was provided to the appellant.
3. The appellant has filed the present appeal before the Commission on the
ground that the information given to him is incomplete and vague.
4. The matter was heard on 14.5.2009. The appellant did not appear before the
Commission. The public authority is represented by the officer named above. I have
perused information furnished by the CPIO and I find it to be in order.
DECISION
5. As the requisite information appears to have been furnished to the appellant,
the appeal is dismissed. Evenso, if the appellant wishes to seek any additional
information he may contact Shri A.K. Mithrananda (CPIO) for the same.
