1. The complaint was scheduled for hearing on 20/4/2009. But, the
complainant did not avail of this opportunity.

2. The CPIO stated that the complainant has asked for information relating to
the supply and distribution of LPG cylinders. A point-wise response has already
been furnished.

Decision:

3. As there is no denial of information and the complainant has not
responded to the notice for hearing, this complaint is considered unnecessary
and is thus disposed of.
