Decision:
1. The appellant has alleged that the respondent has not furnished the
information asked for vide his RTI application dated 19.12.08 relating to the
seniority list and DPC. Hence, this complaint before the Commission.
2. The CPIO is directed to furnish the information within 15 working days
from the date of issue of this decision, failing which penalty proceeding u/s 20 (1)
of the Act would be initiated.
3. The appellant is advised to re-submit his RTI application to the concerned
CPIO at the earliest for a ready reference. He may approach the Commission
again if any of the specified information is refused to him.
4. The complaint is thus disposed of.
