Facts
:
1. The appellant has alleged that the desired information has not been
furnished to him. Hence, this complaint before the Commission.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the desired information has not been specified as per section 2(f) of the Act.
Nor the RTI application was submitted to the concerned CPIO of the public
authority.
Decision:
3. The appellant is advised to clearly specify the information, as per Section
2(f) of the Act, which requires that the information should be available in any
material form. If necessary, he should seek inspection of the relevant documents
so as to identify the information, which should be furnished to him as per the
provisions of the Act.
4. The appellant should accordingly re-submit his RTI application to the
concerned CPIO, who should furnish the information within 15 days from the date
of receipt of fresh application.

5. In case any information is refused u/s 8(1) of the Act, the appellant would
be free to approach the Commission again for review, if necessary.
6. The complaint is thus disposed of.
