This is the 2nd-appeal dated 5.12.2008 filed by Shrimati B. Pradeepa, Chennai against
Central Ground Water Board (CGWB), Faridabad, relating to her RTI application dated
1.7.2008.
2. In her appeal, the appellant Shrimati B. Pradeepa alleged that CPIO, CGWB had
furnished incomplete and misleading information relating to her letter dated 1.7.2008 and
5.9.2008.
3. The respondents vide their letters dated 6.3.2009 and 1.4.2009 have brought to the
notice of the Commission that the appellant had already raised this issue in her earlier 2nd-
appeal dated 25.10.2008, relating to her same RTI application dated 1.7.2008, and the matter
has already been decided by the Commission vide order dated 20.2.2009 in Case No.
CIC/AT/A/2008/01387.
4. The matter was placed before the Commission and the Commission has observed as
under:
“Same issues cannot be raised more than once. The earlier decision will hold.
This appeal be closed. Inform parties.”
5. Therefore, the appeal scheduled for hearing on 9.4.2009 at 12.15 P.M. is hereby
cancelled and the matter is closed at the Commission’s end.
