This is an application for recalling the order dated 27.05.2010 passed by this
Court along with application for condonation of delay. There are private
respondents.

Copy of both these applications not given to the counsel for the private
respondents, although the same has been supplied to the learned standing
counsel. Steps be taken for private respondents within seven days. If steps
taken, issued notice for filing objections, if any within three weeks. Rejoinder
affidavit, if any, be filed in another one week.

List thereafter. However, if steps not taken, matter will be placed before the
Court immediately after seven days.
