Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and
Smt. Shachi Srivastava, learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf
of opposite party no.2.

As jointly prayed put up this case on 18.01.2010on which date, the applicant
no.1 and opposite party no.2 shall remain present in the Court.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that Rs. 3000/- shall be paid to the
opposite party no.2 as expenses for her appearance in the Court on the next
date fixed.
