Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

It is informed that in criminal misc. writ petition no. 7478 of 2010, the dispute
between the parties under section 498A I.P.C. and other allied offences have
been referred for mediation. In such a view, I direct this criminal misc.
application also to be sent for mediatory proceeding.

This application is directed to be listed along with aforesaid writ petition in
the cause list in week commencing 25.10.2010 along with the report of
mediator.

Till the next date of listing, further proceeding of case no. 465 of 2010, under
section 12 of Prevention of Women Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Ajeetmal,
District Auraiya shall remain stayed.
