Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to the following orders in
Writ Petition No.14792 of 2007- Shailendra Singh Gaur Vs. State of U.P.&
others on 23.4.2010:
“Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
The petitioner is seeking appointment against the post of an Assistant Teacher
in L.T.grade in A.B.Vidyalaya Inter College, Mall Road, Kanpur Nagar.
The matter relating to the said institution where a challenge has been made to
the advertisement itself in writ petition No.5200 of 2007 ( Uttar Pradesh
Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh, Kanpur Nagar and another Vs. State of U.P. and
others) has been disposed of by this Court today.
In view of the directions contained therein, this writ petition is also disposed
of with a direction to the authority concerned to pass an appropriate order as
indicated therein.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.”
The petitioner has prayed that the benefit of this order may be extended to
him also.
The prayer appears to be innocuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed
of with the direction to the concerned authority to pass appropriate order as
indicated in the aforementioned order.
