Let petitioners Shyam Kishore Prasad and Dev Kumar

alias Milan Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.5000/ (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Danapur, Patna in Bihta P.S. Case

no. 36 of 2010.
