of Bahadur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2010 in order dated 23.06.2011.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga with reminder to him to send the case diary of

Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2010 within 15 days from the date of receipt

of this order.
