5. 13.12.2010 From the order dated 26.11.2010 it appears

that another learned Judge ( V.N. Sinha, J.) of

this Court has considered various aspects of the

matter, including the conduct of the concerned

counsels and had fixed the matter for 10.12.2010

for passing appropriate order on the conduct of

the counsels.

In the above circumstances, it would be

appropriate if the matter is dealt with by the

same learned Judge.

Let this case, accordingly, go out of my

list and be placed before the appropriate Bench

after obtaining the order of the Hon’ble the Chief

Justice.
