opposite parties no.1 and 2 indicating therein that necessary directions have
been issued to the petitioner to file certified copy of the order of the trial
Court and the said order has been filed by the petitioner. Now he states that
payment of the petitioner would be processed and made final within a short
period.

List in the third week of February, 2010. By the next date the opposite parties
will clear off the dues as required under law.
