                            JUDGMENT

Ext.P2 is an application made by the petitioner for

revaluation of one of the papers of B. Com final examination

held in March, 2008. The complaint is that despite the

application, the revaluation sought for has not been

completed.

2. I heard the standing counsel appearing for the

University.

3. Having regard tot he facts of this case, the writ

petition is disposed of directing that, the revaluation sought

for by the petitioner shall be expedited and results shall be

declared within 6 weeks from the date of production of a

copy of the judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment before

the respondent for compliance.
