29. 18.08.2010 By order dated 6.8.2010, the appellant was directed

to take steps for fresh service of appeal-notice on respondent

Nos. 2, 3, 6 and 7 to 21 whereas because of typing mistake it

has been typed as respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6 and 7 to 2.

Accordingly, the typing is corrected and it is directed that the

appellant is to take steps for fresh service of notice on

respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6 and 7 to 21.

The order dated 6.8.2010 stands modified.
