3 18-07-2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.
Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail
custody since 18.07.2007 in a case regtistered under sections-
399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-B)A,26/35 of the
Arms Act and furthermore, neither the petitioner was caught at
spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession
and as per report of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna
which has been received in this court through Memo No. 1545
dated 21.06.2011, the petitioner does not have any criminal
antecedent, let the petitioner, namely, Sikandar Saw be
released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
connection with Sessions Trial No. 1639 of 2008 arising out of
Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2007 to the satisfaction of
Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.-I ), Patna.
