3 16.03.2011 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner

that in the Order No. 2, dated 09.03.2011, inadvertently,

“Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 315 of 2010” has been typed in

place of “Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 315 of 2009”.

Accordingly, the order is modified to the extent that in

order No. 2 dated 09.03.2011, “Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 315

of 2009” be read in place of “Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 315 of

2010”

Let the order be communicated to the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.

Case No. 315 of 2009.
