JUDGMENT
BASANT, J.
This judgment must be read in continuation of the earlier
order dated 12.10.2010 passed by us. We have perused the
report dated 15.10.10 submitted by the learned Judge of the
Family Court. The learned Judge in the said report informs us
that Ext.P7 application has been restored to file. But the same
has not been disposed of yet. We are, in these circumstances,
satisfied that this O.P(F.C) can now be allowed with appropriate
observations.
2. In the result:
a) This O.P is allowed. The court below is directed to
dispose of Ext.P7 application, ie. I.A.No.898 of 2009 as
expeditiously as possible – at any rate, within a period of 15 days
from the date on which a copy of this judgment is placed before
the learned Judge.
b) We further direct that further steps in E.P.No.17 of
2009 shall stand stayed till the disposal of the said I.A.

3. Hand over a copy of this judgment to the learned
counsel for the petitioner for immediate production before the
Family Court.
4. Compliance shall be reported to this Court.
