Issue notice to opposite parties to show cause why they have not obeyed the
order dated 27th March, 2009 passed by this court in writ petition no.
1929(SS) of 2009 whereby the petitioners have made entitled to the benefit of
the order dated 22nd August, 2006 passed in writ petition no. 6798(SS) of
2006. In the aforesaid writ petition the direction has been issued to allow the
petitioners who are working against the vacant post and pay salary in the pay
scale as is applicable on the post.
