the State and learned counsel for the informant, Mr. Manish Kumar, No.

There is case and counter case for the incident of the same

day, theft of cash and mobile are said ornamental not supported by

recovering. Wheat and seeds of mustered are claimed by petitioners of

their own. Land dispute is there and earlier litigation is also there. All

injuries except one caused by petitioner no.1 on head of the informant

are caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature and injury of

informant found on head is doubted for its nature has been found incised

wound 3″ x ΒΌ”. Specifically, it is stressed that this much of the injury

may never found danger to life.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer

of the petitioners is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender within one month from the

date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Arti

P.S. Case No. 32 of 2010 above named petitioners shall be released on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
