This petition is for bail.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that

proceedings against petitioner were quashed as per order

dated 13.01.2009 in Crl.M.C. No.4904 of 2008 by this court.

Hence petitioner is already released by the learned

Magistrate. Therefore, this petition is not pressed.

The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
