This application has been filed for restoration

of S.A No.404 of 2009 which stood dismissed for the

non-compliance of the order dated 20.9.2010.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned

in this application the same is allowed and the time

granted for compliance of order dated 20.9.2010 is

further extended by two weeks from today. S.A No.404

of 2009 is restored to its original file and number subject

to the condition that the order dated 20.9.2010 is fully

complied within the aforesaid extended period of two

weeks if already not have been complied.
