I have heard learned Advocates for the parties and perused

affidavits filed by them. Prima facie, I am satisfied that the

contemnor/respondent has committed contempt. Accordingly,

there shall be a rule, as prayed for.

Rule is made returnable on 14th January, 2010.

Department and all parties are to act on a signed photocopy

of this order on the usual undertakings.
