Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of
mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the Original
Suit No.1367 of 2002 (Abha Sharma Vs Udai Bhan and another)
filed by the petitioner pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior
Division) Meerut, at an early date.
The suit has been filed in the year 2002. Large number of cases
filed earlier to that are waiting for their turn to be heard and
disposed. No case is made out creating any exception in the
present case. The relief sought in the writ petition can not be
granted. It shall be open to the petitioner to request the same court
for early disposal of the suit.
The writ petition is dismissed.
