Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks
further time to file counter affidavit failing which the Respondent
No.4, District Basic Education Officer, Mainpuri, shall appear in
this Court in person on the next date fixed alongwith relevant
records and instructions to assist this Court.
