By means of this writ petition petitioners who are allegedly working as
assistant teacher are claiming the arrears of salary with effect from 2.12.2006
on the basis of the order of the regional committee dated 14.9.2009.

Learned standing counsel may seek instruction in the matter and filed counter
affidavit.
