Prayer in the application is for permission to withdraw the
present appeal filed by the wife against the judgment and decree of the
learned court below, whereby in a petition filed by the husband, divorce was
granted.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during the
pendency of the appeal, the matter in dispute has been settled between the
parties and in terms thereof, the present applicant-appellant seeks
permission to withdraw the appeal.

CM is allowed. The main appeal is taken on board and the
same is dismissed as withdrawn.
