This petition seeks the quashing of the order passed by the Trial
Court rejecting the injunction application filed in Original Suit
No.852 of 1993. The petitioner has also sought the quashing of the
order passed by the Appellate Court by which the appeal filed for
setting aside the aforesaid order was dismissed.

On 9th December, 1994, when the petition came up before the
Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petition
may be listed in the next cause list. This petition has come up
before this Court after 16 years. The petition has been rendered
infructuous by lapse of time.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
