		Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition in the same matter after filing representation or serving a notice of demand of justice upon respondents for the same relief, which has been sought for in this writ petition and in case, said representation is not considered or no action is taken on the notice of demand of justice by the respondents within a reasonable period.

Permission is granted.

Writ petition as well as stay application both are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
