The only grievance of the petitioners relates to demarcation of the Gata no.
1154 in village Nilauni Shahpur Pargana Dankaur, Tahsil Sadar, district
Gautam Budh Nagar .

The Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar is directed to demarcate
the Gata of the petitioner within a period of three months and allow the
petitioner to enjoy the peaceful possession of his Gata of which he is abadi
holder after taking evidence and perusal of the records.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
